Sounds like a bad TV movie, but Lamb of God’s singer is stuck in a Czech prison for a crime he most likely did not commit.

Lamb of God have cancelled their upcoming tour with Dethklok and Gojira while lead singer Randy Blythe sits in a Czech prison charged with manslaughter.  The incident took place at an 2010 Lamb of God tour when a fan was pushed or fell into the crowd and died.  Czech authorities allege that Blythe pushed the fan to his death, but YouTube videos of the concert and incident bring into question if the singer ever came in contact with the fan who had twice already jumped up onto the stage.

Prosecutors are challenging the $400 000 bail that would free Blythe and the judge will rule in five days if the challenge will stand or if the singer will be able to leave the Czech Republic since he was in arrested about a month ago.
